EMPRENDEDORES magazine, specialized in entrepreneurship, has just identified and published a list of the most brilliant entrepreneurs under 35 years old in Spain

It is highlighted that, despite their ages, they have enough experience, training and knowledge to take their startups to the next level. Among these entrepreneurs we highlight 7 of them, graduates of the Degree LEINN - Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation of the Faculty of Business of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, Álvaro Justribó, Gorka Lorenzo, Hernán Hernández, Marta Maneja, Iñaki Aranburu, Jorge Maylin and Pau Pavón with their respective projects Mazzin, Aglaya Virtual, Gloop, Oroi and Examfy.

Álvaro Justribó, 27-year-old entrepreneur and co-founder of Mazinn

Álvaro Justribó is a 27-year-old entrepreneur and co-founder of Mazinn. He graduated from the LEINN (Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation) program, and for the last 4 years he has been leading Mazinn together with his partners. He is responsible for the strategic and new business development of the company, and acts as a consultant on new trends and opportunities for Mazinn's clients. In recent years he has been involved in projects for clients in various sectors, such as government, consumer goods, banking and insurance. Mazinn is a generational consulting firm specializing in Gen Z. They help organizations understand the demands of younger generations and design strategies to connect with them. Their main asset is the Crew, a community of more than 10,000 Gen Z members who can suggest changes to the brands they consume on a daily basis. Since 2019 they have worked with companies from various sectors such as Paradores de Turismo, Mahou, McDonald's, Telepizza, MAPFRE or El País, among others.

Gorka Lorenzo, 24 year old entrepreneur and founder of Aglaya Virtual

Gorka Lorenzo is a 24 year old entrepreneur and founder of Aglaya Virtual. He is a professor of Metaverse and Immersive Technologies in the Area School of Design and New Technologies and collaborates giving lectures and training on Metaverse in different parts of the world with the Global Institute for Digital Competitiveness. He graduated from the LEINN program and received the End of Career Award for the best academic record in the same degree in 2021. In 2020 he founded Aglaya Virtual, which started as Aglaya Events, a platform dedicated to the organization of events, fairs and congresses in virtual worlds, with the support of Eywa Space. In early 2022, the company pivoted to the current Aglaya Virtual, a technology company dedicated to adapting all types of activities to virtual worlds to create immersive, interactive and unique experiences, accessible from the web through all types of devices (computer, mobile, tablet and virtual reality glasses). In February 2022 it became part of the BerriUp accelerator with an investment of 50,000 euros from the venture capital firm Easo Ventures. They are currently carrying out their first projects with clients on the new platform, launched in November last year, thus validating the technology and the approach to the market.

Hernán Hernández and Marta Maneja, 26 and 23 year-old entrepreneurs respectively and founders of Gloop.

Hernán Hernández and Marta Maneja are 26 and 23 years old, respectively, and are the founders of Gloop. Hernán Hernández is a LEINN graduate and former elite ice hockey athlete. Marta Maneja is also a LEINN graduate and founder, along with Hernán, of Escape Room Ter and Dédalo, an online escape room platform. Together they launched Gloop, a company dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of edible cutlery as a substitute for single-use plastic. To date, they have replaced more than 2 million plastic utensils and can be purchased in 120 establishments.

Iñaki Aramburu and Jorge Maylin, entrepreneurs, 32 and 28 years old respectively and founders of Oroi.

Iñaki Aramburu and Jorge Maylin are the co-founders of Oroi, aged 32 and 28 respectively. Aramburu has a degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation and a background in International Trade. He is passionate about technology and focuses on developing and marketing virtual reality products for seniors. Maylin holds a degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation.

Together they launched Oroi, a platform that offers therapeutic virtual reality content aimed at promoting the emotional well-being of seniors through virtual travel experiences and cognitive exercises. Oroi gives them the opportunity to live experiences that they may not be able to experience physically due to their advanced age. Thousands of seniors living in nursing homes throughout Spain, and some in France, the UK and Germany, already enjoy the experiences offered by Oroi. The company is in the process of international expansion to Europe and the United States.

Pau Pavón, 20 year old entrepreneur and founder of Examfy

Pau Pavón is a 20-year-old entrepreneur and founder of Examfy. An entrepreneur of the LEINN degree, he developed several projects during his studies until he created Examfy, a platform that uses artificial intelligence to simplify the evaluation process in educational centers. With a minimum viable product completed, Examfy is currently being pilot tested in several high schools. To date, the project has won the Best EdTech award in the Wise 20 Under 20 competition and has been selected to compete in the Spanish national finals of the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA).
