Mechatronics is defined as "Engineering process that considers the design and manufacture of intelligent products or systems integrating different functions, making use of different mechanical, electronic or computer tools".
Manufacturing companies are in demand of more people with full and multidisciplinary training, who are able to face the challenges in a comprehensive manner. To meet the challenges ahead, these companies need professionals who are skilled in disciplines such as mechanical engineering, automation engineering and electronic engineering, in order to develop innovative improvements to products, processes and systems that combine elements of all these disciplines. As a graduate in Mechatronics Engineering from Mondragon Unibertsitatea, you will stand out for your multidisciplinary vision, and you will be capable of developing, assembling and optimising products, systems, machines, installations or industrial processes, integrating mechanical and electronic devices with IT software to perform tasks automatically and intelligently.
You will learn with a practical methodology. This practicality will be an important part of the academic training carried out in the classroom or laboratories, but it can also be transferred to the experiences that students carry out in real business environments.
