Objectives and Competences

Graduates in Computer Engineering will be able to:
  • Analyse, design, develop and implement computer systems (ICT assets and IT services) with global vision of technology and the company.
  • Propose innovative solutions, not only for products but also for processes and services in different types of organisation, aligning ICT and business strategy.
  • Evaluate, optimise and maintain computer systems adopting preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies in order to respond to technology watch and to continuous improvement.
  • Work within interdisciplinary multilingual teams, reconciling personal autonomy with team-working responsibilities, whether the teams be permanent or created 'ad hoc'', and whether they are local or dispersed.
This degree does not qualify the student to practise a regulated profession.
 
However, the result of the learning achieved in this degree is equivalent to Level 2 of MECES (Spanish Qualifications Framework for Higher Education
 
Those students who meet the requirements established by decree 47/2012 dated 3 Apr relating to the ‘recognition of official studies made in the Basque language and exemption of accreditation with titles and certification in Basque language’, may obtain exemption of the accreditation at C1-equivalent level (EGA)
