Objectives ans skills

"You will be trained in the control and automation of industrial processes, electric vehicles and the integration of electronics systems"

By studying this degree you will acquire the necessary knowledge about programmable devices, electronic circuits, networks and programming. In your workplace you will be responsible for tasks such as the analysis and synthesis of electrical and electronic circuits, or the automation and control of industrial systems.

You will learn to design, develop and maintain state-of-the-art electronic devices and home automation or robotic systems for industrial processes.

Throughout the Degree course, we will pose challenges so you can learn by doing. Thus you will enjoy learning and your training will be more adapted to the reality of the companies. After graduation you will be able to:

DEVELOP ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

You will be able to design, implement, fine-tune and industrialise electronic equipment, complying with technical, financial, quality and safety requirements.

AUTOMATE SYSTEMS

You will tackle the design, control and automation of industrial processes in order to optimise the operation of the different units that make up the production system.

DESIGN SYSTEM

You will develop electronic products and systems that meet the safety and quality standards required by the current legislation.

CARRY OUT EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

You will be able to organise, manage and supervise the maintenance of electronic equipment in the production systems.

DESIGN AND CONTROL OF ELECTRIC MACHINES AND VEHICLES

You will develop new motors and their associated electronic control equipment for applications in lifts, electric/hybrid buses, trains, ships and wind turbines.

This qualification entitles you to practise as an Industrial Technical Engineer, regulated by Order CIN/351/2009 of 9 February (20/02/2009)

The learning outcomes achieved in this degree are in line with Level 2 of the MECES (Spanish Framework of Higher Education Qualifications).

Students who meet the requirements set out in Decree 47/2012 of 3 April on ‘Recognition of official studies carried out in the Basque Country and exemption from accreditation with degrees and linguistic certificates in the Basque language’,you will be able to obtain exemption from accreditation of the level equivalent to C1 (EGA).
