Experimental Workshop

Run by lecturers, it is a unique opportunity to experience the flavours and ideas of the new generations in an exclusive setting on the third floor of the Basque Culinary Center. Using Design Thinking, two teams of students design and create two innovative gastronomic concepts to allow a very limited number of enthusiasts to enjoy this unrepeatable culinary experience.
