On September 29, Borja Garzón will offer a webinar entitled “Learning facilitation, superpowers to help companies innovate.” On October 6, Bea García, Co-Director of the CLO program, will present the keys to the diploma program, which will begin in November.

The diploma program in Chief Learning Officer (CLO), which is promoted by Mondragon University and the TeamLabs learning laboratory, is launching its calendar of events. The first two events will be an open webinar in September and an information session on the diploma program in October.

 

Webinar on facilitation and innovation in companies

On September 29, there will be an open webinar entitled Learning facilitation, superpowers to help companies innovate. The speaker for this event will be Borja Garzón Casado, a member of the CLO community since the first graduating class and Digital Learning Manager at ISDI. Casado has more than 10 years of experience in education and innovation through agile methodologies and design thinking, which he facilitates through the Education with Innovation project. The session will begin at 6:00 p.m.

In the webinar, Borja Garzón Casado will share with the audience some keys to understanding how agile organizations work, how they learn as a team, and what tools and processes the facilitator should be familiar with in order to create and implement learning processes that lead to tangible and measurable improvement in the results of the organization. This event will be held in Spanish.

 

Information session on the CLO diploma program

On Thursday, October 6, at 6:00 p.m., Bea García, Co-Director of the CLO diploma program, will present the key aspects of this program. CLO is a diploma program that aims to train professionals to navigate uncertainty and complex contexts through learning strategies; professionals who facilitate the management of knowledge in organizations and promote the design of learning as central concepts of the business. The presentation will be offered online and will take place in Spanish.

The fourth year of the CLO diploma program will begin in November and registration is now open.
