Expert in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence

The Faculty of Business Studies (Mondragon Unibertsitatea) requires an expert in the field of data management and analytics and business intelligence for the Bilbao Campus (Bilbao Berrikuntza Faktoria - BBF). This person  should be able to draw the development and knowledge in the field of data science and be able to design innovative training products that respond to the new trends that are emerging in this area and the needs of organizations in the treatment of big data.

We are looking for a person capable of participating and contributing knowledge and methods in a multidisciplinary work team in the areas of business / business environment, new technologies and data analytics. Therefore, the knowledge acquired in the mentioned areas will be valued (both through training and work experience), as well as digital skills.

Desired skills and knowledge:

We are looking for a person with initiative, proactivity and experience in the field of data analytics and with the ability to identify needs of companies and organizations in this field; as well as to translate these needs into concrete training products. For this, it will be necessary to understand the management challenges of organizations and the ability to work as a team.

Minimum requirements:

• Doctorate (preferably, computer engineering, physics, mathematics, statistics, business administration)
• Complementary training and / or knowledge in Business Analytics, Data Science, Data visualization and Big Data
• Advanced English level.

It will be valued:

• Work experience in digital transformation projects, especially in areas related to data management.
• Euskera EGA title.
• Bilbao or surroundings.
