The Faculty of Engineering is the first university to obtain accreditation as a world reference for the Kanban method.

The Kanban Management Professional accreditation, granted by Lean Kanban University, certifies a professional’s ability to make decisions on workflow management in order to improve customer service and improve business results in the projects and/or services of their organisation. By being acknowledged as an accredited organisation by Lean Kanban University, the Higher Polytechnic School will offer new courses between March and April, in which professionals related to Kanban systems will be able to acquire Lean Kanban University course certificates. The offer of the Higher Polytechnic School is completed by the Kanban System Design and Kanban Management Professional courses. 

The Kanban System Design course addresses the agile management of projects and services and consists of 16 teaching hours that will be taught on 25-26 April, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Professional attending the course will learn the basics of the Kanban method, which is an essential course for all those who need to streamline the workflow of their projects, resources, and service management.

The Kanban Management Professional course focuses on how to manage multiple projects and services and the dependencies between them. This course will be held on 1-2 April, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The Kanban Management Professional is a very useful course for administrators, directors and project managers who are interested in achieving a fluid and sustainable development of projects and services, satisfied customers, and collaborative teams.

The Kanban certification courses offer professionals of the sector the possibility of developing service orientation in an organisation, learning to manage work at all levels using the Kanban method, and learning to direct organisational change through Kanban.
