NEW EDITION OF THE ADVANCED COURSE IN INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT

The Higher Polytechnic School offers a new course in Goierri on Industrial Management and Organisation

The 2021 edition of the Advanced Course in Industrial Management for professionals will be held at the Goierri Campus between 17 February and 15 October 2021. The course will be held on Monday and Wednesday afternoons and its main objective is to provide working professionals with a comprehensive vision of Industrial Management in the new competitive environments. To this end, the course consists of the following modules:

  • Lean production
  • Rationalisation of production processes
  • Production management
  • Manufacturing quality
  • Project Management
  • People Management
  • Cost and investment analysis
  • Implementation project in your company.

For all those interested, a seminar will be held on 4 February to present the details of the course organised jointly by Goierri Eskola and Mondragon Unibertsitateaa. At this event, interested parties will be informed of the content, timetable and, above all, the format of the course, and there will be a round of questions aimed at clarifying any uncertainty.

A course that is gaining momentum

The Advanced Course in Industrial Management was also delivered during 2020, and on 16 December a presentation day was held to present the projects carried out during the course. The professionals who took part first internalised the theoretical part and then applied an improvement project in their companies to meet the needs and challenges of their organisation. The implementation of these projects in the companies allows, on the one hand, to ensure the application of everything learned and, on the other hand, to offer an added value to the company by solving the everyday challenges. On the same day, 16 December, the participants of the previous edition presented their projects and the corresponding diplomas were awarded, thus closing the 2020 edition.
