Development of the person as the hub of innovation

In the Master’s Degree program in Development and Management of Methodological Didactic Innovation Projects in Educational Institutions (Berrimet), we believe that innovation advances through the personal and professional development of our students. In Berrimet, we begin with reflexive practice in order to facilitate the development of the competencies that are essential in the design and launch processes of innovative educational proposals.

Throughout the Master’s program, students in both the professional and research tracks will develop competencies in areas such as management and leadership of change, teamwork, reflexive thought, and the design of research projects and educational improvement.
