This course credits can be obtained trough the Strava platform.

This course ECTS credits can be obtained trough the Strava platform.

 

For this, these are the requirements:

  • Enjoy to MU Strava team.
  • Register in a minimum of 8 activities per month (any activity)
  • In order to consider the activity valid, there must be movement for at least 30 minutes.
  • If completed in 3 of the 5 months (from January to May), 0.5 ECTS.
  • If completed within 5 months, 1 ECTS.

 

To apply credits, in May when the activity ends, you will have to send the link of your activities to the responsible of the sports service so that he can check it.
