MTA, Mondragon Team Academy, team of teams
Mondragon Team Academy (MTA) is the sum of many teams around the world working and creating ecosystems where teams and project creation become the main learning vehicle. LEINN was the seed that prompted us to create the community within Mondragon Unibertsitatea.
Together we form a unified but not uniform international community, where we share a purpose and values that unite us and build the game board. From that point on, creativity and experimentation by the laboratory team make each experience unique.
The community makes us stronger, helps us learn better and faster, and turns our day to day life into a diverse space. The team where we co-design, co-create, learn together, experiment, fail...is composed of:
Mondragon Unibertsitatea (MU)
Mondragon Unibertsitatea is a University of initiative and social vocation that promoted the creation of MTA and LEINN in 2009.
Committed since its inception to quality education and the practical orientation of its studies, at Mondragon Unibertsitatea we attach great importance to the comprehensive training of people.
The Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea leads the MTA laboratories in Oñati, Irun and Bilbao and coordinates the LEINN degree with presence in the rest of the laboratories. Visit the LEINN website
Florida Universitaria University
Florida Universitaria Cooperative is our team in the Valencian Community. We have more than 9 years with the LEINN Program active there with a community of more than 150 LEINNers and 14 companies created. A way of learning that focuses on cooperation, commitment and learning by doing.
They are the pioneers in Valencia regarding real and team entrepreneurship, being active in the great startup ecosystem and local impact.
HBM
HBM's Cooperative Management Research Institute was created with the goal of revitalizing the cooperative platform and team-based entrepreneurship ecosystem in South Korea. LEINN Seoul's first Changemakers are about to graduate and are already setting up Social Innovation Labs across the country.
IBERO Puebla
In Mexico, we have the reference LAB in Latin America with the IBERO Puebla University, which has more than 500 years of educational experience. This Lab is hosted within the IDIT (Institute of Design and Technological Innovation) which also becomes a great strategic ally to prototype business ideas and bring them to reality.
TeamLabs
TeamLabs/ is a radical learning laboratory, with offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Malaga, that is revolutionizing the way we deal with uncertainty by training teams that learn.
It prepares teams of young entrepreneurs with a learning mentality and hacks the culture of companies, educational institutions and public administrations by creating labs through ad-hoc projects. In the TeamLabs laboratories, the Official University Degree LEINN (Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation) of Mondragon Unibertsitatea has been developed since 2012, as well as the Official Master's Degree in Facilitation of Learning and Innovation (LIT), the Specialization Diploma in New Roles for Learning in Education and the Specialization Diploma in Chief Learning Officer (CLO), among others. This year will also see the development of the Master's Degree in Strategic Management of People Talent (Mtalent).
TravellingU
Our partner around the world, Travelling U, is developing the international ecosystem of partnerships and alliances and is leading learning labs in Berlin, Seoul and Shanghai, present in Bilbao and active in San Jose and New York through local partnerships. In this way, Travelling U is also leading Learning Journeys designing real learning experiences based on diversity, team learning and team entrepreneurship.
Travelling U is also developing LEINN International, LEINN's multicultural and nomadic itinerary that travels around the world with year-long stays in Bilbao, Berlin and Seoul as base camps and wherever the projects take the team entrepreneurs as the final destination.
TAZEBAEZ, the Cooperative behind Travelling U, was founded during LEINN's first generation and is currently key in the development of LEINN and MTA's strategic challenges in the areas of program development, digitalization of the LEINN experience, learning travel and internationalization.
Xing Wei
Xing Wei is our university partner in China (Shanghai), the first arts university in China and the first to apply the TEAM ACADEMY methodology. In addition to applying the methodology in their day to day work, they have been a key partner for more than 10 years in the learning trips we have made to Shanghai.
Because of the importance that all these teams have in MTA, we wanted to create a new section on the Mondragon Team Academy website where we collect all the protagonists of our network. I am because we are.
