Registration

  • Normal period: from 1 December until 20 June.
  • Extended period: from 22 June to 4 September.

 

How to Submit the Application

Registration can be done in any of the faculties of Mondragon University. The student should indicate the course order of preference. 

Applications can be made via the University web page, following the instructions there described, or via certified mail. If applying via certified mail, applicants should contact the faculty to confirm receipt of the application. In either case, the following documentation is required:

  • Completed registration request.
  • Photocopy of official identity documentation
  • Curriculum Vitae

The forging of any of the documents requested will automatically invalidate the application.

Additional Documentation

Academic Certificate certifying the equivalency of previous courses(graduates of MU-Enpresagintza are exempted).
 

Selection

Once the registration has been made the coordinator of the Master's will contact the student to explain the enrolment process.

Falsification of any of the documents rquested automatically invalidates the registration.

  • Normal period: 17 to 20 July  
  • Extended period: 21 July to 4 September 


 

Minimum number of European enrollment credits per student and study period and, where appropriate, students rules.


Number of credits of the Master's: In according whith what is established by the Royal Decree 1393 / 2007 (modified by Royal Decree 861 / 2010), the course consists of 60 ECTS credits. The number of hours of work by the student per credit is set at 25. Number of European credits for enrolment:

  • First enrolment: it is comulsory for new students to enrol for all credits of the Master's.
  • However, for issues arising from special educational needs or exceptionally, based on the student's personal situation, and on application to the Dean of the Faculty, they may authorise the number of enrolment credits to be less than that stated above, but they can never be less than 15 ECTS credits.
  • In these cases, in line with the special situation highlighted, "ad hoc" training will be designed according to the stdent's personal ciscumstances.
  • Successive enrolments: students must enrol for all outstanding subjects.

Those students for whom "ad hoc" training has been designed will enrol according to their personal training plan.

Student Dedication: The dedication of the student is set at 37 weeks, distributed with the following structure:

  • Classroom academid training: 25 weeks.
  • Master's thesis: 12 weeks.
  • Permanence: each student will have a maximum number of two calls by subject (one per academic year), and where appropriate they can request another one.

The enrolment period at the Hall of Residence in all cases coincides with the enrolment deadline in the studies.

Those who have not been admitted on a particular course can indicate their continued interest in it, by notifying by e-mail or telephone, in order to be taken into account in the event that there are still vacancies and they  proceed with a 2nd selection phase. Those who have completed registration within the ordinari period will have priority over those who registered in September.
