You will be able to carry out your End-of-Master’s Project in educational organizations and/or institutions in the area of gastronomic sciences and food, at the national or international level. This opportunity will allow you to gain experience, become familiar with new situations and develop the skills and abilities needed for a profile like yours.

PBL MODEL

At Mondragon University, we believe that practice is the key to success in learning. Therefore, in the Master’s degree in Teacher Training in Gastronomy, you will learn by solving real challenges thanks to the Practice-Based Learning (PBL) model and the challenges you will be given by different companies during the course of your Master’s degree.

Thus, throughout the Master’s degree, renowned companies and people in the gastronomy and food sector will present challenges to which you must respond using the knowledge and skills acquired in the Master’s degree. To respond to these challenges and projects, you will have to research, analyze, experiment, debate, and above all apply everything you have learned in the classroom.

  • You will have the opportunity to design and develop your own project related to education in the field of gastronomy.

  • Essential requirement to earn the Master’s Degree in Teacher Training in Gastronomy.
  • You will have a tutor from the University and in the company to guide you in your End-of-Master’s Project.
