The Faculty of Gastronomy Sciences Basque Culinary Center building has 15,000 square metres over five floors in the Miramon Technology Park, in Donostia - San Sebastian, fully integrated within the natural environment while projecting an innovative, eye-catching and daring image. This is a functional building, equipped with the best equipment for students to learn in a streamlined and practical way.
The faculty offers up-to-the-minute facilities proving students with the best new kitchen working areas, wine-tasting rooms, sensory analysis rooms, laboratories, high technology applied to catering, practice restaurants, a photo workshop and video post-production workshop, work and study areas, library and auditorium.
