On 7 November, the partners shared good practices. They had the opportunity to learn about the experience of several companies located in the ESTIA incubator. In addition, they visited ADDIMADOUR, a technology and innovation transfer platform, and COMPOSITADOUR, a research and development centre.

On 8 and 9 November, the partners reviewed everything that has been done so far. To do this, in addition to monitoring the budget and indicators, they presented the most important topics of the project: the communication plan, the strategic intelligence system, the nodes, and the training plan of the GIIs, among others.

In this phase, in addition to the activities of the nodes, it is necessary to continue implementing plans, projects or systems for innovation in the companies. Four nodes are available, which comprise working groups composed of different entities to work on specific topics. The created nodes are the following: the agricultural and food industry, healthy eating and its security, advanced production, and tourism based on digitisation and ICTs.

Similarly, different activities are being developed within each node. Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa is working on the advanced manufacturing node alongside Azaro Fundazioa and ESTIA. In this node, four conferences will be held under the title: “Technical Conferences on Advanced Manufacturing”. The first conference was held on 14 March at the Lea-Artibai Innovation Hub and discussed the general context of advanced manufacturing. The second conference, concerning digitisation, was held in Orona, on 8 June. The third will be held on 12 Marchin Bidart, France, led by ESTIA, and the last one is scheduled to take place in June 2019 at the Lea-Artibai Innovation Hub.

Finally, the objectives to be met in the next six months and the execution rate of the project were presented on 31 March 2019.

The next meeting will be held in April 2019 at the Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa.
