The 3R University program is aimed at graduates of Mondragon University of Bizkaia who have difficulties in finding their first job or are actively looking for work.

It is a program promoted and financed entirely by the Department of Employment, Social Inclusion and Equality of the Regional Government of Bizkaia that allows the labour insertion of unemployed people through an accompaniment with (re)-orientation, (re)-qualification and (re)-placement.
