At the end of the course the participants will be able to:
o Attend and guide the visitors to the company: invite and respond to invitations, suggest and receive suggestions. Be able to participate in a general conversation with natural manners.
o Communicate more effectively whether they are host, guest or just colleagues. They will be able to relax when using English and to acquire the necessary language and communication skills to express their thoughts and feelings appropriately.
o Socialize with colleagues in an informal atmosphere. Start and keep conversations related to general of professional topics.

o First contacts: welcoming a visitor, introductions, opening small talk and first meetings.
o Getting to know each other: effective questions and answer techniques, asking and responding to questions and developing conversations.

o Arrangements: understanding and responding to invitations, inviting, accepting, declining, offering, refusing and making arrangements.

o After work: choosing, structuring and developing topics of conversation.

The participants, through a wide variety of engaging exercises and stimulating role plays will develop their socializing skills. They will practice real life situations interacting in an easy environment with the aim of getting aware of the most efficient strategies to establish successful first contacts as well as giving the best first impression which will lead to profitable business relationships.
