Enrollment

The enrollment period is open from 1st December 2011 until 15th June 2012.

Documentation

1. Bachelor studies

  • Baccalaureate: University access exam card and a photocopy of school record.
  • Vocational Studies: Academic Certification.
  • University graduates and students over 25 years of age who have passed the access exam: Academic certification accrediting the studies and proof of passing the access exams where appropriate.

 

PERIOD: HUHEZI: until 23rd June 2012; Rest of the faculties: from 2nd to 9th July 2012

2. Master's and postgraduate studies

  • University graduates: Academic Certification accrediting the previous studies.

PERIOD: until 10th July 2012

Selection

Once the student selection process is complete, each Centre will notify the interested parties of the studies for which they have been admitted, via publication of lists, on each faculty's web page on the following dates:

1. Bachelor studies

Admission notification:

HUHEZI: 2nd July 2012

Rest of the faculties: 21st June 2012

2. Master's and postgraduate studies

Admission notification:

10th July 2012

Registration

The registration must be completed in the faculty where the course will be taught on the following dates:

1. Bachelor studies

PERIOD: From 2nd to 9th July 2012

TIME: From 8:30 to 12:30

 

2. Master's and postgraduate studies

PERIOD: From 10th to 13th July 2012, from 3rd to 9th September 2012

TIME: From 8:30 to 12:30

 

  • The registration period at the Halls of Residence coincides in all cases with the registration period for studies.
  • Those who have not been admitted in a particular course can indicate their interest in it by notifying by mail or by telephone in order to be taken into account in the event that vacancies become available and a 2nd student selection phase will be held in July and in September.
  • There will be a second  pre-registration period in September, from 3rd to 9th, in the case of those courses which still have vacancies. Those who are admitted in September will be informed of the registration dates individually.
  • Those who have completed the pre-registration in the normal period will take priority over those who have done so in September.
