Learning Methodology
The aim of our educational model is to give people the skills to accept their own education, to work in a team, to direct projects, to make decisions, to negotiate and to communicate.
In order to train these people, it will be essential to change the classical educational model for one that promotes the student’s autonomy; as the classical model is based on the mere transmission of the knowledge and it is the teacher who is the prominent figure.
The new model also involves the change and diversification of the teacher’s roles and functions, whereby they are given the role of the tutor who will be responsible for directing and guiding the student.
Even the way the contents are handled changes in the new project. The contents are not presented in an isolated way as if there were no connection between them, but rather, they are based on an interdisciplinary approach that encourages the relationship between various areas of knowledge to enable the student to get used to creating complex relationships. This way, they will have the skills to face problems and resolve them more easily.
Throughout their education, the students will work in different teams. This way, they will be able to develop their communication and human skills, which are essential characteristics in order to successfully take on the challenges of the professional world.
These projects allow a better integration of our international students.
