Application form

The students at the university should send the documents specified herein in order to make the application at our Faculty of Engineering:

  1. Application form (Application Form)
  2. Learning Agreement (Learning Agreement)
  3. Transcript of records
  4. Recommendation letter

Once you are in Arrasate - Mondragon, you should handle these other documents:

  1. Erasmus Grant holder certificate or proof of ability to sustain oneself financially for the academic year.
  2. European Health Card copy, or any other private health insurance instead.
  3. Liability insurance (insurance that covers any damage you may cause to third parts).
  4. Student card from your Home University or a document stating that you are enrolled at your Home University specifying the period of registration.
  5. Erasmus agreement signed with your University
  6. A copy of identity card in force or passport
  7. 1 photograph

Deadline for applications

  • 15th May, for winter semester - 1st semester (starting in September)
  • December 1st, for spring semester - 2nd semester (starting in February)

Necessary documentation for international students:

The student should send the documents specified herein to make the application:

a) Student that access University.

1. Final diploma of secondary school diploma in original.

2. Qualification or degree that gives access to University, duly homologated by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Education.

3. Document certifying the success on University Access Test held by Spanish Embassies at candidates residence country.

4. 4 passport size photos.

5. Validated passport copy.

6. Application form duly fulfilled.

7. Only for Non EU citizens living in Spain: copy of residence permit or residence card.

8. Accident and third party insurance copies.

9. Proof of Solvency.

b) Student that decides to continue studies at University of Mondragon.

The student should send the documents specified herein to make the application:

1. Document that accredits last accomplished studies from University.

2. Collated photocopy of the obtained university title (in its case).

3. When bachelor studies or similar are concerned, the credential of homologation to the corresponding Spanish diploma, issued by the Education and Science Ministry.

4. When University degree corresponds to a postgraduate level or equivalent, ask for information about the procedure to follow.

5. 4 passport size photos.

6. Application form duly fulfilled.

7. Validated passport copy.

Period to make the application

  • The period to apply for studies at Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa, usually goes from 1st of February until 20th of June.

Admission procedure

All documents and Transcripts of Records will be checked, and once the selection is finished the student will be informed about the admission notice.

Once the student is enrolled, he/she will receive:

  • An e-mail account
  • The Student Card
  • The Academic Norms

And he/she would be able to get the following information:

  • The Timetable
  • The Calendar
  • The Students Guide
