MU signed an Agreement of cooperation with the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, USST
University of Shanghai for Science and Technology
Members of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, including its Executive Vice President, Prof. Bai Su-di, visited the Faculty of Engineering of Mondragon Unibertsitatea. During the visit staff of Saiolan and Mondragon International (China), very active in setting up the relations, were also present.
The signed agreement expresses the common wish to enhance relations between the two universities and to develop academic and cultural interchange in the areas of education, research, and other activities. As a whole, it is agreed to cooperate and work together towards the internationalization of higher education.
The areas of cooperation include any program offered at either university. However, any specific program shall be subject to mutual consent, availability of funds, and approval by each university. Such programs may include:
- Exchange of faculty members
- Exchange of students
- Joint research projects
- Joint conferences
- Joint cultural programs
A working group including staff of USST, Saiolan, Mondragon International and MU-MGEP has been settled to establish future actions.
