New master began last September: Education in Multicultural and Multilingual Contexts

The master works on multilingualism and multiculturalism, with two tracks: the professional master or master itself, and a master in teaching and research in multilingual and intercultural learning, which subtitutes doctoral studies. Studies are held in Basque language and Spanish, totally online.

Why and for what?

To train professionals capable of managing multiple areas of education, accustomed to anticipate the comprehensive educational needs of students, competents at identifying relevant research problems in multicultural education and multilingual contexts, and able to adapt to the changing society.

Para formar profesionales capaces de gestionar múltiples ámbitos educativos, avezados en anticiparse a las necesidades educativas integrales de los alumnos, competentes en identificar problemas de investigación en contextos de enseñanza multicultural y plurilingüe y que sepan adaptarse a la sociedad cambiante.

For whom?

For those who wish to pursue their professional work as specialists in multilingualism and multiculturalism, for those who are active in both formal  and non-formal education, for trainers, for designers of training materials, for those wishing to deepen their knowledge of these issues.

Students who sign up for this master may choose the language in which they want to study, each one according to his or her profile and preferences. With respect to methodology, it will be fully active, based on problem solving learning and aimed at the development of a project.
