The Faculty of Business Studies of Mondragon University, a mixed co-operative of social initiative, is an independent non-profit organization whith public service vocation.
Located in the town of Onati, in the heart of the Basque Country, this Business School began its academic activity in 1960, going on with the tradition and recovering the prestige of the former
of Oñati, built in 1542.
The Faculty has two separated campus in Onati and Irun.
The Schools and Faculties of Mondragon University have been the origin of the so called co-operative movement of Mondragon, which most important representatives are the MONDRAGON Corporation and the Ulma Group. These co-operatives represent the leading private industrial group of Spain.
The academic work of the Faculty of Business Studies is committed to train enterprising, solidary and responsible people, based on the principles of TQM. The Faculty focuses its main research efforts on organization oriented projects.
