Project governance
A strategic project such as the VTC Campus scheme requires maximum commitment by each of the partners to managing and carrying out the actions established.
In order to achieve an environment enabling the involvement of all the partners, our approach will be that of a progressive association model, establishing a 6-month period for defining the model that will represent the best option for all the partners.
However, we are convinced of the need to form a management authority that will integrate the VTC Campus’ strategy into one single unit and monitor the actions, adapting them to the advancement of the project and measuring fulfilment of the landmarks set out.
